You don't need a large account of your own. A prop (proprietary trading) firm lends skilled traders its capital. You take the firm's evaluation, the exam, which has a profit target and strict risk rules. We coach you through it, from your trading plan to your execution. If you pass, you trade a funded account backed by the firm's money instead of your savings, under the same risk rules you proved you can keep. Passing is not guaranteed and depends on your discipline and results, and exam rules and terms are set by the funding programme. Trading involves risk.
